Once spoken, hurtful words are not easily forgotten.
Think about what you are setting in common before you speak,
and bear in mind that actions create reactions.

There is a kind and loving way to say
almost anything. Make your feelings known,
but remember that even though you're angry
share how you feel without attacking or
accusing your partner.

It's easier to avoid hurting someone than it
is to take the hurt away.
