[share] Uzzap 223rc1 by handler + added TBG feature

Introducing:
Uzzap 223 with additional Feature:
- Multi Clipboard
- Template
- ScreenShot ( press green key )

This might disappointed all of you, that this application cannot be used for Free internet access, the reason is because this application is using Socket Connection, while the HTTP Connection only used to download some files that used by the application. And why am I modding this application? It is because of a request from my friend. Actually she request to add Password protection on the start of application, but i feel that this feature is not effective because for using this application, we need to login (it already required Password). But it is not impossible that HandlerUI will include Password protection before it reach the HandlerUI Screen.
